About Henry Egan III

Henry Egan is known internationally for his historically accurate paintings depicting maritime, sporting and rowwing subjects. He truly captures the moment in time, more importantly, he captures the feeling and excitement of nature as well as people. Henry is a widely collected fine portrait artist taking commissions from both corporations and families.
His professional memberships include; The American Society of Marine Artists, The Artists’ Fellowship, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Easton Arts Society, Silvermine Arts Guild, National Historic Trust for Preservation, and The American Society of Portrait Artists.
Henry has been featured in The National Maritime Historical Society, Marine Art Quarterly, Nautical World, Art World News, Hersam Acorn House & Garden, Fine Art Connoisseur and at Christie’s Maritime Art Department New York, New York.
